At StickerPrintGo, we strive our best to deliver the best. If you are not happy with your order, we would like to make it right. If by any means our product is defective or the product did not match the proof, let us know ASAP.

Please let us know within 30 days of when you receive your order to resolve any issues.
Please do not send back your items. Contact us first!
If your item is lost, damaged or delayed through the carrier, please let us know. We need to contact the carrier on our end to initiate any claims within 30 days of shipping. In the meantime, we will resolve your issues by replacing your order if needed.
Please note that carriers do not guarantee shipments on time, could be due to weather or interrupted service through natural occurrence. We will do our best to ensure that the carriers will do their best to get your goods delivered in a timely manner.
